zoom feature affects scrollbars

Two new(?) bugs discovered in  Gecko/20080926135000 SeaMonkey/2.0a2pre:

1) The "full zoom" feature causes scrollbars to shrink and expand along
with the content.

2) Discovered while typing this message - although I have wrap plain
text set to 72 characters, it's wrapping at around 40.

Looks like it sends correctly, it just has incorrect line wrapping
during the message composition.

Apparently it isn't new at all:

I don't see this in the Win32 Gecko/20081003 SeaMonkey/2.0a2pre, so it
might have been fixed in the meantime...

Yes, at some point I thought I could spare some time to try to fix that
but as nobody complained about this behavior on OS/2 (yours is the first
complaint that I heard), my priorities changed.
