xxforms:iterate not working

Hi all i am trying to delete the selected nodes based on a child element select in employee which gets a value true when we select a particular row in my code.For this i have written code like this.

<xforms:action ev:event="DOMActivate"  xxforms:iterate="instance('main')/employee">
                    <xforms:delete context="instance('main')" nodeset="employee[select='true']"/>.
....
...
but it is deleting only one node not all the selected nodes.How to achieve my requirement???Please anybody help me....
