I'm working hard on another Xinput driver.  The code I'm finally getting a
handle on (least, I'm getting FAR better at it) but there are some items that
I've found being used by some tablet drivers, items that aren't even hinted at
in the code, and I really need to know what the heck these things are.  If you
have any guess on the deaming of these, I'd appreciate any bones you could throw me.

Like, what's a Button Threshold?  How about an UntouchDelay?  ReportDelay?  I
know what ScreenNumber and ButtonNumber would normally mean, but in an Xorg.conf
file, I can't see why they'd be used, so I suspect that their normal meaning
might be changed here.

Thanks
