xmlrpc.php problems

Hello,

Having a few problems trying to use eGWOSync and xmlrpc.php. I now very littel about php and all this is very new to, so sorry if I am just being very thick!!

As I say Iam trying us eGWOSync and my understanding is that I need to get into xmlrpc.php to make this work. But when I type <my ip>/<my groupware>/xmlrpc.php I get this error

I just can't work out what I am doing wrong. I have enabled xmlrpc service in the admin control of egroupware, but still no luck.
