xboard is missing a .desktop file

Hi!

After installing xboard, there's no menu entry in KMenu on some Linux
distributions. So it would be nice, if you could add an xboard.desktop file
like the attached one to your source package. It should be installed
to /usr/share/applications by `make install`.
