woodstox as the default StAX parser

Let me know if you have any issues with the following:

Metro 1.2 already has the woodstox as the default StAX parser. We will
do the same for JAX-WS RI 2.1.5 onwards.
That means JAX-WS RI distribution contains only woodstox.jar, no sjsxp.jar
 
JAX-WS RI/Metro continue to test with both the parsers.
