with which version of OS have you ported the new tool chain

Hi,

I noticed that a new tool chain porting script is released.
Unfortunately, I failed porting it with Ubuntu-7.10 (desktop-i386). Of
course with default installation.

Would you please notify me that with WHICH VERSION of which OS have
you ported the new tool chain successfully. An as long as possible
list is the best.

Or if you made some updates for the OS, like GCC upgrade etc., please
also explain in your reply.
