wing won't keep full window

I expand wing to full screen and close.  I reopen wing and it does not open to
full screen - but to some past setting of size.  "openSUSE 10.3", python
2.5.1, wing 3.1.4-1.  Anybody else have this issue?

What desktop environment / window manager are you using?  It works for
me on a Ubuntu system, but it is possibly dependent on the window
manager and the version of gtk if you're using the system gtk libraries.
