wing lockup on named pipes

I have just stumbled across a bug in wing.

My code generates two named pipes in the wing 'project' dir. When
these pipes are generated wing locks up

prw-rw---- 1 dave www-data    0 2008-08-19 19:39 pipe_func
prw-rw---- 1 dave www-data    0 2008-08-19 19:39 pipe_ptz

Its a strange one !

Could you submit a bug report from within the IDE and include the
error-log for this?
