wiki downtime

Hi guys,

Sorry for not giving any advance notice, but the wiki will be down for
the next few hours.

If things work well, it will be moved to a new IP address:

     99.139.186.33

If it doesn't work, then it will be back at the existing address.

OK, I think we're up and running OK with the new IP address.  We'll need
to change the DNS records to point to this new address.

The DNS record for wiki.erights.org should now be changed. If you
don't see it resolved to this new value within a couple of days,
please lemme know.
