The VideoSurveillance page is back to live. The main problem with this
UnicodeEncodeError is in some history log file, we have sometime 0x00
characters. I have removed them in the history of VideoSurveillance, and
it's now ok.
If someone have some other case of this problem, just email me with the
page link, and I will look to correct it.
I also have take the time for updating the wiki to the last MoinMoin
version (1.6.3).
Due to this upgrade, there is now a "textcha" query for the account
creation, user preferencs changes, editing... So, I have try to
re-enabled the account creation by users directly. I will monitor it,
and change it again in the future if the spaming restart with the wiki.
BTW, if you have some simple query/answer to put in the textcha, I will
be happy to add them. For explanation of the "textcha", look at:
