utf: state of the art

Hi to all,

I was going to submit a feature request for utf support in SC.

Indeed this would be very helpful for internalization. More, I was scripting NodeBox I was trying to write a file with utf chars, no way.

Is there any implementation work going in that direction?

Is is possible? Browsing Nabble I re-read the discussions but my ideas are not clear.
