I've got a first version of the program to upload images to the media
vault in recovery mode.

  <ftp://ftp.buici.com/pub/uphpmvault/uphpmvault>

The source is hosted

  git://scarlet.buici.com/uphpmvault

and may be browsed

  http://scarlet.buici.com/git

The application is pretty simple.  Invoke it with the name of an image
file to upload.  It waits to hear from a device waiting for recovery.
It then sends the proscribed image file.

My MV won't entry recovery mode, so I haven't been able to test that
this works to start recovery.  I have verifyed that u-boot can receive
an image this way using the rcvr command.

Cheers.

I didn't get a chance to test this and now I'm travelling, but I'll
definitely test it on Sunday (or early next week).
