unistall from 2007

i can't find a way to uninstall digdb from exel 2007. I used the unistall program in control panel route and now have digdb trying to start every time excel starts. The options bar is not available in 2007. I can find add ins but can't delete them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In Excel 2007, click the big round office icon button located in Excel's top-left corner, then in the dropdown window, find "Excel options" button, click that, then in the left column, find "Add-ins", click that, then in the right pane, towards the bottom of the pane, there is a label "Manage" followed by a dropdown which defaults to "Excel add-ins", click "Go..." button to manage your add-ins, after that, you will see the old familiar add-ins checkbox. Find Digdb in the list, uncheck it, and then you will remove the DigDB add-in from Excel, and then you won't find the starting prompt any more.
