Dear eXistentialists,
To follow up on my earlier post about searching for Unicode
5.1 characters:
If “x” is a Unicode 5.1 character and “y”
is an older Unicode character, doing a full-text search for “*xy*”
returns only items that contain “x”. Searching for “xy*”,
however, returns items that begin with “x” and items that begin
with “y”.
Sincerely,
David
