Hello again everyone,

 

As of yesterday, Blair reported that he had gathered $2,345 in donations
from the Frisbee community and friends at ANU. Blair will be busy
distributing aid to some of the more remote villages affected by the quake,
who would be otherwise slow to receive assistance. He will be doing this for
the rest of the week.

 

He thanks everyone who donated money, and asks people who haven't yet done
so but wish to, to donate through more formal agencies, as they are now
starting to assist people in need (and he already has his work cut out for
him!). Consequently, I won't be collecting money at league tonight, but I
urge people to still donate if they were thinking of it.

 

Many thanks to everyone, and I'm sure we'll get an update from Blair at some
stage in the near future (when he has some time).
