tnt{net,db} seems to requires hinting

Hello,

tntnet seems to finally be almost ready for propagation to testing,
only a missing alpha build is keeping it out.

cxxtools has to go together with vdr-plugin-live, so I have added that
package to your proposed hint...

Thanks.

If only the new version of vdr did not contain a new mostly
uninstallable binary package vdr-dbg (It depends on valgrind on all
archs, but valgrind is only available on 3.) the hint would have hit
tonight or tomorrow. ;-) #489003.
