syncml problem with german umlauts - possibly typo in class.addressbook_vcal.inc.php

Hello,

german umlauts are not exported correctly via syncml.
the charset option is not exported to vcard in function getVCard.

changing $valueData to $value fixes this. As all other values are compared to $value I assume a typo.

if(($extra_charset_attribute || $this->productManufacturer == 'kde') && preg_match('/([\177-\377])/',$valueData))
