student request

To whom it may concern.

     This is Mahmoud.Katmeh.I am a student from McMaster University from Canada.
I am studying Computer Science in level 3.We used Netbeans to program (it was recommended).
We have a project to build  a Mobile application. me and My group read and studied the netbeans website tutorial, but we are still unable to start our project.
I was just wondering if you could gave us more tutorial on how to make JRadiobutton on a mobile application.
For example, an application that display

Do you want to make a blood donation

       Yes               No
if user click Yes then (upload another application from a URL).

Please let me know if you could help us on providing more tutorial.
