stratify data by multiple conditions

Hi,

I need to categorize each record table based on whether the value of a field in the record is within any of several ranges of value.

For example, if the value is greater or equal to Min and less than or equal to Max, then the record needs to be assigned to Bin x.

Min Max Bin
 100,000.01 1,000,000.00 1
 10,000.01 100,000.00 2
 1,000.01 10,000.00 3
 100.01 1,000.00 4
 10.01 100.00 5
 1.01 10.00 6
 None 1.00 7

So, if the field in the record is 325, then the Bin is 4
if the field in the record is 225,000, then the Bin is 2
etc.
