still pending even after subscribing.

Hi,
This morning i posted in Uboot-users forum and it is pending even after 4 hrs.. :(
so i resent it twice by editing.. but still its not accepted ? what might be the reason ? being the author of the post is it necessary to subscribe ?? and even i also did that... subscribed to Uboot-users forum and resent it again, but even that dint work...do i need to post my message only through e-mails ? i.e. do i need to mail my post to u-boot-users@lists.sourceforge.net ??  cant i do that by posting a new message to that forum ?
