slightly OT: extra asterisk in OSD?

I assume that the extra asterisk in s. 10 is just an artifact of
copying this over from a text version? Would be nice to clean up if
so; people get nervous about asterisks in legal-ish documents :)

It's been there as long as I remember.  When I thought about it
(briefly) I assumed it was to let people know it wasn't in the original OSD.

It's not in http://opensource.org/docs/definition.php
so I presume it's a typo and have fixed it.
