secondary endpoint

Dear allstaters,

Could you please give me some references regarding the adjustment I should make
to maintain an overall type I error if there is one primary efficacy variable
and five secondary efficacy variables in a clinical trial.

Also how can i power my study for the seconday endpoints.

Is the calculation of the confidence intervals affected as well?
