script tab pops on errors even when disabled

If you have checked break on errors in the script tab and then later
right click on script and disable it, when you view a site that has
errors, Firebug will popup and open that tab showing the breakpoint
even though it's supposed to be disabled.  Needless to say that can be
EXTREMELY annoying.  Enabling the script tab, unchecking break on
errors, and then disabling the tab again seems to work, but it
obviously should have respected the other setting.
