rrdtool 1.2.19 (solaris build fix)

Hi Users,

there were some bad LDFLAG options in the python bindings
Makefile.am. This prevented RRDtool from being built successfully on
Solaris with the Forte compiler suite.

rrdtool 1.2.19 resolves this problem.
