revcheck has been updated

Hello everyone,

The translation revision checker has been updated and should be  
working [almost?] perfectly now. If it's not or needs improvement,  
then please speak up at phpdoc@... and let's discuss it. It  
runs daily.

   http://doc.php.net/php/revcheck.php

The scripts live within the docweb CVS module.
