remarkable train stationhi folks,
today i want to share my panorama of an unusual trainstation of the rebuilt hungerburgbahn in innsbruck, opened in 12/07. as you may imagine this building has caused some trouble in a population that is mainly geared towards tradition. http://www.schrader-air.de/zeigalles/archives/category/innsbruck/ enjoy juergen |

Re: remarkable train stationHi Juergen,
Another great panorama. I also liked zooming into the ski resort on one of your new gigapans. Shooting gigapans are more fun when you can take 100+ pictures by pressing the go button. :-) Phil --- In PanoToolsNG@..., "Juergen Schrader" <panorama@...> wrote: > > hi folks, > > today i want to share my panorama of an unusual trainstation of the > rebuilt hungerburgbahn in innsbruck, opened in 12/07. > > as you may imagine this building has caused some trouble in a > population that is mainly geared towards tradition. > > http://www.schrader-air.de/zeigalles/archives/category/innsbruck/ > > enjoy > juergen > |

Re: remarkable train stationthank you, guys -
i forgot to mention, this was done with 4 shots from a 10.5 on the 5d, bracketed exposures blended in ptgui. @ philip yes, the bot is working but the pictures are still far from being in the giga range (actually 0.2). once you are going at it 200mm turn out to be way short *g* @ john yes this looks like some weirdo math function and i bet they had a hard time getting the glass pieces ready to fit. while i was shooting a worker came along and he told me that they get them from china(!). during winter they had a lot of problems with tensions and they had to get single spare parts all the long way ... nevertheless, in the bright sunlight it's a beautiful piece of art. cheers juergen --- In PanoToolsNG@..., "Juergen Schrader" <panorama@...> wrote: > > hi folks, > > today i want to share my panorama of an unusual trainstation of the > rebuilt hungerburgbahn in innsbruck, opened in 12/07. > > as you may imagine this building has caused some trouble in a > population that is mainly geared towards tradition. > > http://www.schrader-air.de/zeigalles/archives/category/innsbruck/ > > enjoy > juergen > |
