release 0.4.1 of nss-ldapd

To fix a number of bugs that were found in the 0.4 release of nss-ldapd
an intermediate release 0.4.1 was made. The release is available for
download at:
  http://ch.tudelft.nl/~arthur/nss-ldapd/

This release fixes some memory leaks that were found and fixes bugs in
the lookup of network and rpc entries. This release does not introduce
any major code changes or new features.

I have backported the memory leak fixes to nss_ldap and submitted bug
348 in Bugzilla.
