Hi all,

I was planning on doing a new snapshot today.... should I wait for anything SC, quarks or sc3-plugins wise?

Best,

Josh

Hi Josh,

I'm already waiting impatiently for the fixed multichannel buffer players!!!
At the moment we are preparing at the TU Berlin a festival with concerts for
2 different loudspeaker orchestras plus a large WFS system connected
together to a multi-mega-something. We will be using an SC application for
mixing and diffusion and also a soundfile player written in SC.
Many composers are requesting more than 16 playback channels for this huge
system ...

its subtitle is: "music for more than one loudspeaker"  :)

thanks

Andre

OK... I'll have it up tonight after the kids get to bed.

I'll include DelTapRd and DelTapWr in my UGens as well.

andre - I looked through this program a while ago.  if you have any recommendations for any of these nights please post or email privately.

and if there's a chance to post a basic description of how the sc app is laid out that would be interesting.

thanks,

Andre,

I'd be interested in hearing about this as well. We've been developing software for use with the BEAST system (more or less this sort of thing) in SC for some time now, so it would be interesting to compare notes. Our stuff will be released in November, btw.
