questions concerning strings

I need help with the following strings:

"Show server notice" Is 'notice' the same as 'message'?
"Show server news" Show news about the server, Show news server, ... ?
"Error password: %s" Password error: %s ?
"Need active: %s" Is it singular/plural?
"Unable login for unknow reply code 0x%02X" Spelling error, and I am also  
unable to comprehend the meaning. Is it "Unable to login due to unknown  
reply code 0x%02X"?
"Failed to connect all servers" As in "Unable to connect all servers  
(together)", or "Unable to connect to all servers"?
"Request token" Verb or noun?
"Unknow SERVER CMD" Spelling error
"Error reply of %s(0x%02X)\n" ?
"Unknow reply CMD" Spelling error
"Do you approve the requestion?" Request or question?
"Do you add the buddy?" Seems to be an incomplete sentence
"QQ Budy" Spelling error
"Requestion rejected by %s" Request or question - again
"Would you add?" Incomplete, or just very short?

Seems so

I guess this likely means "the account needs to be activated", but I'm not sure

Yes

I think this means "Request token sent" (during the login handshaking)
in the context

> "Unknow SERVER CMD"     Spelling error

The %s is the command name, and the %02X is the command code. I think
this means an error reply has been received for the command that has
been sent.

This appears in a function called
_qq_search_before_add_with_gc_and_uid, so I think this means "Do you
want to add this user to your buddy list?"

> "Would you add?"        Incomplete, or just very short?

The context is "the person is not in my list", so I think this means
"Would you like to add him/her to your buddy list?"

The 'net used to be run by smart people; now many sites are run by
idiots. So SAD... (Sites that do spam filtering on mails sent to the
abuse contact need to be cut off the net...)
