question about Captcha module

I installed the Captcha module under sites/all/modules, enabled it in admin, and added it to comment_form, but it only shows up under the main domain (www.{mysite}.com), not under any of the subdomains (e.g. foo.{mysite}.com). The admin captcha page only works under the main domain. When I hit it through one of the subdomains, it doesn't give me any way to add Captcha to a particular form. How do I enable Captcha on subdomains?

 From what you've given, I believe that you need to enable and
configure the module in each subdomain.
