qcontrol available for QNAP TS-109/209 hardware control

Hi,

The qcontrol package was accepted yesterday and is available for arm;
armel is waiting for the buildds.

qcontrol will currently only change the leds and (optionally) sound a
buzzer on boot/shutdown.
It also has functionality to monitor temperature and control fans on the
TS-209 but that is not yet enabled in the package, mainly because the
current version does not yet have a proper daemon mode.

Note that it is not useful on other hardware.
