pwgl-users: PWMC UpgradeHi list,
There is a new version of the PWMC library, now version 0.864. There are minor chnages. The most important is a pdf file with all online documentation for the functions in the library listed. If you have problem reading online documentation (I know in some cases there is a problem), you can find the text in this pdf file instead. The zip file for the upgrade can be found at the very bottom of this page: http://www.sandred.com/cac.html Örjan Sandred |

Re: R:pwgl-users: PWMC Upgrade
Hi Nadir,
I have loaded and tested the PWMC library and it works very well. To install this I have made the next: 1. Copy the entire loaded library in the directory Users/user (your computer's name)/PWGLuser/User-library 2. Launch the PWGL application. 3. From the “file“ menu, select “load library“ (it will appear a list with libraries) 4. Select the library you are interested (in this case, of course, PWMC) 5. In PWGL, select open. 6. Navigate in to your computer to load a tutorial included in the folder PWMC (Users/user (your computer's name)/PWGLuser/User-library/tutorial 7. Enjoy it! Spero possa esserti di aiuto. Un caro saluto, a presto, Javier Javier Torres Maldonado Web site: http://www.torresmaldonado.net/ Il giorno 06/giu/08, alle ore 21:40, nadir vassena ha scritto:

Hi Nadir,
After an inerncontinental travel is normal to write some incomprehensible sentences ;-) Here there is the corrected version of my message: I have loaded and tested the PWMC library and it works very well. To install this I have made the next: 1. Copy the entire library in the directory Users/user (your computer's name)/PWGLuser/User-library 2. Launch the PWGL application. 3. Navigate into your computer to load a tutorial included in the folder PWMC [Users/user (your computer's name)/PWGLuser/User-library/tutorial] 7. Enjoy it! Sorry... Re: R:pwgl-users: PWMC Upgrade
Hi Nadir, and thanks Javier for checking that the library seems to work.
From your error message you pasted into the email it looks like PWMC is in the correct folder. The error message shows first a few warning messages for ENP, which is not related to PWMC. I don't know why these are here. Then there is a problem loading the pwmc.asd file (after not finding a class). I am not too familiar with what PWGL is doing while loading the file, but I wonder if you have the current version of PWGL? The version of PWMC you have runs best inside the PWGL application. You might have a problem if you run it inside LispWorks. Are you on a Macintosh? You can also try to open pwmc.asd in a word processor. You should be able to read some information on versions of the library, and to see a list of all files that should be loaded (and some other stuff). Make sure not to save the pwmc.asd in some other format (it is a pure text file format). I hope it helps. Örjan On 6-Jun-08, at 3:44 PM, Javier Torres Maldonado wrote: Hi Nadir, |

RE: R:pwgl-users: PWMC UpgradeHi everyone, Just to mention it worked here without problems, I am under Mac OS X 10.5.2 in the application not under LispWorks Cheers, Josué. ---------------------------------------- > Date: Fri, 6 Jun 2008 21:40:28 +0200 > Subject: R:pwgl-users: PWMC Upgrade > From: nadir@... > To: pwgl-users@... > > Hi, > > I'd like to try your library but if I put the folder in the pwgl-library > PWGL don't work and I get the message below and I can't see the library... > Thanks for your help (if you have time). > your sincerly > > nadir > > > > > Last login: Fri Jun 6 21:35:48 on ttyp1 > Welcome to Darwin! > computer-di-franz-schubert:~ franzschubert$ > /tmp/LWtemp.computer-di-franz-schubert.local.7465.1.command; exit > pplications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/respace-single-grace-notes.lisp). > Warning: (DEFPARAMETER ENP-SCORE-CONTEXT-MENU) being redefined in > /Applications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/update-expressions.lisp (previously in > /Applications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/sort-instruments.lisp). > Warning: (METHOD ENP-CONTEXT-MENU (SCORE)) being redefined in > /Applications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/update-expressions.lisp (previously in > /Applications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/sort-instruments.lisp). > Warning: (DEFPARAMETER ENP-SCORE-CONTEXT-MENU) being redefined in > /Applications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/update-score.lisp (previously in > /Applications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/update-expressions.lisp). > Warning: (METHOD ENP-CONTEXT-MENU (SCORE)) being redefined in > /Applications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/update-score.lisp (previously in > /Applications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/update-expressions.lisp). > Warning: (METHOD SYSTEM::ENP-CONTEXT-MENU (SYSTEM::SCORE)) being redefined > in LISTENER (previously in > /Applications/PWGL/ENP/plug-ins/update-score.lisp). > > "-------UNDEFINED INSTRU |
