problems with mode kiosk

Hi, I use xfce 4.4.2. I configure the mode kiosk. All ok, but now wen I do right click on the panel, appear a menu with three options: Quit, Reboot, and About. I want to remove these options. I know that with file kioskrc I can avoid Reboot, but I don't know how disable Quit.
I know that xfce4-panel -q is Quit, but I can't disable.

Yeah, this is a bug. It has been reported here:
