problems with accent

Hi,

I´m trying to generate documents but I´m in trouble with accents.

Every word in my generated document is printed like this PÚBLICA unless
PÚBLICA.

Does anybody know how can I corret this problem?

I have already tried to force charset encoding by it failed.
