About Policy, I would say tha the step 2 comprises the creation of a
PolicyLogic (at the same level of an appliance) to abstract policy
behaviour and detach it from a single appliance: ie, currently, we
have a PolicyBasedAppliance interface which is implemented by Nmap for
example; to supports multi appliances policy and the addictional level
"Policy Based Pillars" we need to implement the PolicyBasedAppliance
with a Policy dedicated implementation, rather than borrowing code
from a single Scan based appliance.
