plugin dependencies on a third party jar file

My NB plugin has dependencies  on a third party jar file. The jar file
is platform specific and cannot be shipped with the nbm file. The NB
plugin must use the specific jar file that is already installed on the
system. The NB  plugin is targeted for Solaris 10, 11, and Indiana. The
pathname to the jar file is the same for all releases of Solaris.

How can I specify dependencies on a jar file that is not bundled with
my  nbm file?
