please move pack200 support into java SE project

The JavaFX plugin provides pack200 support for webstart applications (ant scripts + project properties dialog integration). IMO this should be moved into the JavaSE project because this is a standard java feature.

i have filed this RFE against the javafx plugin

I just want to rise a little bit attention in case there is a chance to integrate it into the 6.5 release (since its already implemented and works pretty well).
