  * Reimplement C pretty printer
  This is a reimplementation of the C AST pretty printer from scratch, except
  for the basic interface (i.e. the Pretty class). Features:
  - almost complete (look for FIXME and "[[[" to see which parts are not covered)
  - the output is valid C code.
