oscom wiki is moving to a more stable home

Hi!

I moved the wiki to a new server.

TempURL:
http://oscomwiki.rclaporte.com/

Please change the DNS to point wiki.oscom.org to 208.97.168.208 instead
of 64.235.231.84

I apologize for the frequent error messages on the wiki for the last few
months. It was not setup as its own domain on my systems. So when I
would upgrade / update / test something somewhere else, I often forgot
to check if I broke the OSCOM wiki.

Now it is on its own, and I will manage like I manage my customer's sites.
