no edit properties

In opencms 7.0.3 version , When i right click on any file sub menu is not appeared. so that i cannot edit, copy , delete, move a file. When i restarted mysql  following message is displayed
"an sql error occured when executing the following query com.mysql.jdbc.PreparedStatement@3d511e; statement has been closed
