Although FreeRIDE 1.0 was released on 2008-01-19 according to the home
page, there are no downloads available. If it is truly released, I
would be happy to know where to find it.

I'm not seeing where it says FreeRIDE 1.0 was released in the news of
the FreeRIDE page.  The latest news there was on 2006-07-12.

Where did you see that?

Terry

It's not on the news page, just the front page:
http://freeride.rubyforge.org/wiki/wiki.pl

"2008-01-19 FreeRIDE 1.0 has been released!"

The two lines of text were added by an unknown person. I wish it were
true but the next release will probably be 0.9.7. We are still waiting
for somebody from the developers community to compile to compile a
couple of libraries on Windows.

Still don't see it.

The latest blurb I see there is:
"2006-06-06 FreeRIDE 0.9.6 has been released!"
