hi,

i've just started using blue and thought i would post some feature
requests as i learn.
you must excuse me if any ideas i post are already somehow possible.

#1
serial type transformations of breakpoint functions i.e. retrograde,
inversion, retrograde-inversion
either of selected points or entire bpf file on import.

#2
vertical drag of selected breakpoints

#3
horizontal grid on timeline.

is there a wiki with feature requests, bug reports, milestones etc.
where such posts may be more appropriate?

many thanks,

rob

Hi Rob,

If you have a feature request, I've been advocating people to first
bring it up here to make sure it's in the "spirit of the program"
versus something very custom for only a small particular use.  In this
case, all of these ideas sound like fine additions.  At this point, I
usually ask people to add a feature request to the blue tracker.  This
is available from the Sourceforge page for blue, but also more easily
available from the help menu, "Request a Feature" option.  This will
take you to sourceforge and allow you to enter a feature request.  If
possible, assign to my username (kunstmusik) when you enter the item.
If you have a Sourceforge ID, after entering the item you will get
notified of any updates.  I'm going back and forth with Menno on a
feature request now through the system, and it helps me a great deal
as I don't have much free time and this helps to let me work on things
efficiently and keep track of things.

Thanks!
steven
