netrexx and image optional tasks

HI all,

I have gone tru the optional ant tasks/types with a view
to allow an complete automatic compilation
of ant from svn and use of fetch.xml.

In current ant trunk, only the netrxx and image optional
tasks cannot be so built.

netrexx: (http://www-306.ibm.com/software/awdtools/netrexx/download.html) has
a click tru license.

jai for the image task has a similar click tru licence (with different downloads
for different os'es(http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jai/downloads/download-1_1_2_01.html)

I am uneasy about having the ant distribution depend on these
jars and would like to vote on moving the optional jars to separate
antlibs for ant 1.8.0
(in the same way as weblogic and starteam tasks are being moved (abeit slowly)).

What do people think?

Sounds like the right thing to do, if we find three people who will
vote +1s to make releases of sid antlibs, that is.

I think that the image dependent tasks should be moved to a separate
antlib.

And the NetRexx tasks I wonder whether we should go on maintaining them.

I never saw anything mentioning that they are used at all.
