netbeans 6.1, kubuntu 8.04, compiz 7.4, jdk 6

hello,

whenever i have compiz enabled, dialog boxes from netbeans are the wrong size and greyed out most of the time. i turn compiz off and everything is fine. does anyone know about a fix for this?

Seems NetBeans does not like Compiz too much. Here is useful discussion
