msynctool as server

Hi All
I am few day old to opensync now. I synced my mobile using msynctool.
I want to do the same from my mobile. Can msynctool act as a server?
I tried going into the source. But no clue.
Also in libsyncml (0.4.5) the  syncml-obex-client  is implimented but not the syncml-obex-server.
Does anybody know the place/link where I can find a syncml server application to ru  on my linux system listening for a incoming sync connection.
I tried searching open sources but could not find anything as such.
Any help is appreciated.
