mm_forum where are buttons?

Hello there
I have installed mm_forum. I think configure it ok but I can't see any buttons to add some topic's or messages. User are in right gorup (should have rights to create new posts). it's like user didn't make autorization (but he did). What I should check? My English is very poor, I don't have button's on my mind - buttons like
images, only buttons like links to put new topic or something. But I see my login form dosn't work propertly. I check everything few times and I don't know what I have check. Situations is like this: I have on the main page login form which should send me to specyfic page (with forum). Login form should change it's appearence after FE user login. I had the same "problem". I setup the forum and then I created a new category in the LISTE module just like creating a tt_news category. This way I ended up with a forum without links.
I deleted this again and created a new category through the mm_forum backend module. Don't have an installation at hand but in the dropdown there is an admin section which let's you create new categories. After I created one there it showed up in the frontend including links to create new topics and answers.
