mail disappears

Hello,

 

One of my users has several folders in her mailbox now she wants to download the contents and has moved the contents to the inbox, hoping Outlook will download it from there. Strange enough the emails completely disappear once they arrive in the inbox and they are not downloaded.

Any ideas?

Did she move the mails using SquirrelMail? If so, which version of
SquirrelMail are you using? My guess is that something is wrong with the
IMAP server. What IMAP server software are you using (name and version)?
What did you find when you were looking in the IMAP server logs?
