lpk patch 0.3.7 rc for OpenSSH 4.4p1

Hi folks,

I'm testing a port of 0.3.7 patch for openssh 4.4p1, you can find it here:

Fixes were mostly clean except a needed LDAP_DEPRECATED definition for newer
openldap libraries, so it needs some testing. We'll fix it "properly" (even if
doing that might break backward compatibility with older openldap
libraries....libldap is such a mess, not really our fault :( ) in time.
