user-config.py have use.

I already responded when this was reported as a bug. It is not a bug.
Please make sure that user-config.py is not writable by others.

% chmod 644 user-config.py

That is not the problem. A linux computer is intrinsically multi-user.
The user-configuration file is a python file that is executed by every
robot. If others have access to that file, they could make you do things
you do not want. This feature is to protect you against that!
